STARTERS

Our territorial selection of cheeses and cured meats

Egg frittata with fresh herbs

NonFarSapere: a delicious goat’s cheese, spread on finely toasted bread, topped with

slivers of pear together with a special herb salad dressed with an

aromatic vinegar of raspberry.

Élite Paté: homemade veal liver pate, delicately perfumed with mytle and juniper,

served with caramelized onions, green salad and bread.

Homemade fettuccine with asparagus and pancetta

3 Flavors Tortelli: honey scented egg pasta, stuffed with fresh ricotta and pennyroyal mint,

in a noisette butter, sage and minced hazelnuts flavoring

Costolette del Ghiottone: delicious pan-fried lamb ribs, covered in breadcrumbs

and served with fries

Tale e Quale : lamb marinated in special Grechetto wine with just a hint of garlic and hot

pepper, served with pan seared endives

Tagliolini Ad Maiora: tagliolini all’uovo fatti in casa,

in vellutata di pollo e indivia, velati al tartufo nero

Tagliolini Ad Maiora: homemade pasta served in a creamy sauce with a base of chicken broth

and endives, a type of delicious chicory, sprinkled with black truffles
